The Ghost Circles’ Mascot Girl

The Ghost Circles girl looking upset

I drew a picture of the Ghost Circles’ moody dark, school girl mascot in Painter. It’s the most successful picture I’ve made in Painter so far. I’m pleased with it and I think I might draw her comic this way since I think it looks very neat.

And for those interested I made an animated GIF that shows my process in Painter with the above picture. It’s not at a very high quality but I thought some would find it amusing. =D I’m giving it as a link because it’s a little big and the animation gets very tiring to see moving all the time. Also the color in the above picture was added in Photoshop later.

Cute Video Game Girl with Michael Vega

This is a picture that Michael Vega drew and tried to bury in his art bin. I told him I could color it because I’m a moron. Thus, I slaved over it in Painter. Finding colors that I liked was a bitch. Laying down the flats was difficult and coloring the thing itself was like hot poker to the eye. Still, it got easier to work in Painter as I went along. It ended up looking like this:

Jedi Cat Girl Commission

This was done as part of a set of commissions. The character is a role playing character for Star Wars. She’s a Jedi. I was testing out a heavy black and white style, trying to make it feel like there was a bright light shining on her. Oddly, it looks like something Fred Perry would draw. Strange.

Pop Art White Kitty

Iconic White Kitty. This is a cute picture of a kitty that I drew to see if I could sell fun iconic art on Ebay. I’m hoping it will sell because I have a lot of fun painting it with watercolors.

Wookie character

This was a picture I did of this person’s Star Wars RPG character. They played a white Wookie. I took this commission at Ushi-con 1. I really like the heavy blacks and the noir feel to it.

Draco and the Scarf

This was drawn for Ixchelmala who made it possible for me to have 10 icons on Live Journal. There’s nothing interesting about this picture other then the fact that I inked it in Painter and it was original drawn at 4 x 4 inches. A tiny picture of cute Draco.

Harry Potter as a girl

This is a picture I drew for Silviakundera’s story ‘And Now For Something Completely Different’ where Harry is a girl. Let me tell you Harry as a girl is very hard to draw. It’s a fine line between him being a guy, a transvestite, or a nice pretty girl. Lord help me. =]

Harry, Draco, the bed, (2 pics)

Draco’s angry that Harry tied him up. This was done as a 2 part picture apology for my April Fools joke on my Live Journal. The story of these pictures (that was never written but was what I was thinking) is that Harry and Draco make a bet and Draco loses. However, he escapes without having to carry through with the bet. So, Harry pays him a visit and er, forces Draco to make good on the wager.

Ron Weasley grown up

This is the third picture from a series I posted to Live Journal where the Harry Potter characters are older, hot, and holding an item. This is Ron Weasley, he’s filled out a lot and is holding his wand.

Draco Malfoy all Grown up

This is the second picture from a series I posted to Live Journal where the Harry Potter characters are older, hot, and holding an item. This is Draco and his broom. I did not intend for this picture to look questionable, it just happen.
