This was made for Shirt woot’s Physics derby.

I went right for a Jacob’s Ladder and the joy that is dangerous electricity. A Jacob’s ladder is used as a type of prop that you see old time scifi movies usually followed by the words “He’s alive!” but they have a real life function as well. They are used on high power equipment to discharge dangerous electrical build ups. Needless to say that tiny kitty at the top is filled with dangerous death if you try to pet it.

Oh my god. I’m covered in manga and comics. I’ve been clearing out my shelves tonight trying to figure out what I’m going to be selling at this small Austin anime convention this August. I bought a dealers table so I could sell off used manga and comics along with my normal artwork. And I don’t think there’s anyway I’ll even have enough table space for all of this stuff. I’ve covered a bed in books and a chair in art books and I still have 2-3 large boxes on the floor and I haven’t even touched the doujinshi stacked in the corner of my room. I’ve been collecting this stuff since before 1995 and was only able to sell some of it at A-kon before they made it so you couldn’t sell this stuff in Artist Alley.

This is like a fire sale type situation. I already did like 3 runs to Half Price Books at the beginning of the year so it’s slightly crazy to still have this much stuff. I’m really afraid of what will happen when I do clear a path to my comic collection. That stuff is getting sold away if possible.

I really need to just get rid of this stuff. I need more space and I’ve got to get a handle on my collecting because I’ve built up a lot of stuff. Is anyone looking for anything? New or old, lord knows I might have it.

I might put up a list or photograph the spines of this stuff. More likely I’ll probably take the lazy path and just make some grab bags for the convention.

Also does anyone want Hello Kitty or random journals for cheap (like 3 for 8$)? I have a ton of them lying around empty because I love buying pretty/cute journals and I always THINK I’ll write in them and to be honest I just don’t. Sure here and there I start one or two but most of the time they are just in my room looking pretty and gathering dust.

I’m just covered in stuffffff. I’m not even going to go into my art supply pile. T_T

Shirt’s are now gone!!! Sorry guys.

It looks like both of my shirts Schrodinger’s Cat and Bunnies Forever on Shirt woot might be going away this Monday(7/11/10). So if you were interested in getting either shirt you might want to pick one up before the end of Monday. There’s a slim chance that Schrodinger’s cat might stay around for one more week but just to be on the safe side you should pick it up tomorrow cause there’s been a ton of movement on the chart (You have to stay in the top 20 shirts to hang around).

Encase you guys wanted to see the shirt on a person before you get one here is me modeling both shirts.

For woot’s Kawaii derby, for which I have a ton of ideas, a cute shark! This picture came about because I drew a shark for a commission completely without reference and ended up with this squishy stuffed animal shark. Which made me laugh. I’ve cleaned it up a little and looked at some shark photos to correct my fin count. Be here he is, he just wants to be friends!

Circle of Cute T-shirt Preorder

Looks like the Circle of Cute won so it will be the shirt printed for San Diego Comic Con. I’m just going to put this pre-order up very slap dash since I have to order the shirts on Tuesday. This is the shirt design:

Price will be 20.00 plus 3.00 to get it shipped in the US(sorry shipping has increased just slightly) and I ship international but I will have to quote you a shipping price, orders can be combined for cheaper shipping. If you’re going to SDCC there will be no shipping and the shirt can be picked up at the con.

Edit: Shirt Blanks have changed.

Men’s shirts will be on District Threads DT104 , Fresh Fatigue colored blank (sizes are S, M, L, XL, 2X, the really large sizes maybe slightly more expensive… Also they have 3X and 4X in some colors. I’m not sure if this color has them please leave a comment for those sizes anyway and I will ask). Women’s shirts will be on District Threads DT200, Fresh Fatigue colored blank (sizes are WS, WM, WL, WXL, W2X the really large sizes maybe slightly more expensive I’ll have to see). Sizing on both is similar to American Apparel but the linked sites have better sizing chart if you’re worried.

If you would like to order a shirt please comment with your name, email, address, and shirt size for each shirt you would like. I will get back to you on how much and where to send payment. Comments will not be displayed.

It would really help me with ordering the shirts if you could try to comment either today or early Tuesday. Sorry this isn’t much warning. Payment is not required right away. I do think I’m ordering enough to cover everyone who will preorder even if you request one later but just in case, I might run out of your size, earlier will be better. =D I will run another batch if I run out of sizes so there’s no worries but that extra batch will most likely be made after the con.

Turn around time on the shirts will be about 2 weeks.

Just a quick question

I want to make some shirts for San Diego Comic Con. I have 2 designs that are one color that I’m considering but I can’t decide between them. Please look at them and tell me if you’d be interested in buying either of them. If you like them both please tell me which one you like better.
