This is one of the new characters from Metal Gear Solid 2. I was watching my friends play the game and it is very pretty so I drew this guy. I like him but damn he’s whinny. I wish the better you play the game the smarter this character would be. =P

    *cough* I’ll bet that outfit is restricting blood flow to his brain. I’m sure if someone could help him out of it, he’d feel much better =D
